Currently leasing student housing for 2025-2026 school year
Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The simple answer is yes. Financial aid is awarded by your college after you file your FAFSA®. Once your FAFSA® has been submitted to your school, you’ll be sent a financial aid offer. This can include grants, scholarships, and federal loans and is used to cover the cost of attending school. In most cases, the total cost of attendance (COA) includes room and board, supplies (textbooks, laptops, etc.), transportation costs, and even childcare.
However, some schools will not wrap the total cost into your COA, so if there is any confusion, you should reach out to the financial aid office and have them clarify what is covered by the financial aid package. https://clarion.edu/tuition-and-financial-aid/
No, not when you rent from us. Similar on-campus house will cost you around $8500 for Suites and $7500-9000 for Reinhard Villages for the academic year. (*Prices listed are estimates and subject to change) Bottom line...shop before you sign! You could save significantly by renting from us.
Yes. For expenses to be considered qualified, the student has to be enrolled in an eligible college program on at least a half-time basis. Qualified room and board costs can include both on- and off-campus housing costs, as long as they were incurred during an academic period during which the student is enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a degree or certificate program or another program leading to a recognized education credential.
We have limited single beds and dressers available for students. However, students often prefer to bring their own furniture, so they can furnish and decorate their apartment to make their own!
Clarion University has a sophomore residency requirement, however, if you are going to be a sophomore and believe off-campus housing is the best fit for you for personal reasons then would suggest speaking to a staff member at the Center of Residence Life Services and completing the University Housing Request for Exemption form. Do not sign any contracts/leases prior to speaking with them. No, but we strongly encourage you to make sure your belongings are protected. College students are generally covered by their parents' homeowners insurance but always best to double check! Our landlord coverage does not protect student's belongings.
No. We love our pets but not for student housing. As a college student you will have a lot of new responsibilities and pets bring A LOT of responsibility with them. Plus, the setup of our properties is not the best setup for a pet.
We include all utilities except for cable and internet. All of the apartments include A/C and washer/dryer as well.
Yes and it's free! See the attached pics of the parking lot. It is paved and directly behind the properties.
Your lease will run from 10 days prior to the first day of fall semester until the day following graduation ceremonies in May. You are always welcome to stay in your apt during this time! Summer break is not included in your lease terms, however, if you are staying in the apartment for next school year then you can store your belongings at no additional charge! If you take summer classes then we can arrange for a discounted rent for summer semester.
Yes. If interested in a 2 BR apt, then you need to have at least one other roommate and both sign leases at same time. If 3BR apt, then you need to have at least two other roommates.
We agree to terminate the lease only if the tenant secures a replacement acceptable to the Landlord AND the other roommate(s). However, the tenant will forfeit the rent advance and remain liable with any rent due proportionate to the time of occupancy of the replacement.
